Trongsa

Trongsa Dzong is the largest dzong in Bhutan and the ancestral home of the royal family. The Tower of Trongsa museum offers fascinating insights into the monarchy's history.

Bumthang

The spiritual heartland of Bhutan, Bumthang valley is home to some of the oldest and most sacred temples in the kingdom. Jambay Lhakhang, built in the 7th century, is one of the 108 temples built by the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo.
