Useful Trekking Information
Trekking Seasons
The best trekking seasons are spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November). Spring offers blooming rhododendrons while autumn provides clear mountain views.
Altitude Considerations
Most treks in Bhutan go above 3,000m. Proper acclimatization is essential. Our itineraries are designed with gradual altitude gain to minimize the risk of altitude sickness.

Fitness Level
Different treks require different fitness levels. We recommend starting a fitness program at least 2-3 months before your trek. Regular hiking, swimming, or cycling will help prepare you for the trails.
